How to Check-in

1. On the day of Check-in,

Please check the notification email from “Mangrove Jejucity”

You can start the check-in process without checking the reservation on the 'Check-in' webpage linked by the button.

It’s okay if you don’t receive the notification. Please scan the check-in QR code on the 7th floor of Mangrove Jejucity.

You will be asked to search for your reservation on the linked webpage to start check-in.

※ If you arrived after 10 PM, you need to finish check-in on 1st floor to receive access QR code to enter the building.

2. After check-in, use it like this

You can check the QR code and room information anytime on the check-in completion webpage.

Please carry your mobile phone when moving outside of the room.

Scan the QR code when entering the 1F entrance and common areas.

The canteen/work lounge is available starting from 12:00 PM on the day of check-in.

The room uses a door lock password.

You can enter the room from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in.

:1: Checking the ‘reservation number’ on the booking site before check-in will help you check in faster.
