Lab8(Meeting Room for 8 People), lab20(Meeting Room for 20 People), Booth A/B/C/D(Meeting Room for 1 person)

• Minimum reservation unit is 30 minutes.
• Reservations are possible for maximum 2 hours per day per space

How to Reserve a Shared Spaces

Reservations can be made on site only.

• Please scan the QR link for the space you wish to reserve on the 7F Work Lounge bulletin board.
• After scanning the QR code, please make a reservation in the following order. You can make a reservation up to 1 month in advance.
