• We offer a complimentary room cleaning service every 6 nights for guests staying longer than 6 nights.

• A paid service is also available regardless of the length of your stay.

• There are cleaning tools provided in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. If you want to clean it yourself, please use it and put it back in its place.

• There are two types of room cleaning services. Please select and apply according to your preferred option.

• Those who have applied for paid room cleaning, please pay by card at the community desk on the 7th floor on the day of application.
• Staff may enter your room between 10am and 3pm on the day of the room cleaning.
