• Guests are allowed to visit or stay as long as the number of occupants does not exceed the room’s maximum capacity.
• For dormitory rooms, the principle of one person per bed applies.
• If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, a separate stay reservation must be made. </aside>

<aside> 🟡 Children

• Children aged 8 and above may stay with a guardian. However, dormitory rooms (male/female) are only available to guests aged 18 and above.
• Children aged 8 and above may stay with a guardian. However, dormitory rooms follow the policies below:
  • Dormitory (Bed) Reservation: Only guests aged 18 and above may book and stay.
  • Dormitory (Room) Reservation: The person making the reservation must be 18 or older, and children aged 8 and above may stay when accompanied by a guardian.
• The Work Lounge is accessible to children aged 13 and above when accompanied by a guardian. </aside>

<aside> 🟡 Pets Free

Currently, pets are not allowed. We are working hard to create a mangrove where both pets and their owners can live in harmony.

<aside> 🟡 No- smoking

The entire building, including the rooftop terrace and guest rooms, is a non-smoking area.

<aside> 🟡 In-room dining

Meals are available in all rooms except for the Stay Dormitory. However, food with strong odors (crabs, fish, meat) cannot be brought into the rooms.

<aside> 🟡 Garbage disposal There is a trash can in the room. Please separate recyclables. If your personal trash can is full, please use the trash can in the parking lot at the back of the building.

<aside> 🟡 Lost and Found We will contact you if any lost items are reported in the room. Lost items will be kept for 3 months and then disposed of according to regulations.
